Role Purpose

As a Teller, you will be responsible for serving customers professionally while carrying out everyday banking transactions with speed, accuracy, and full adherence to internal policies and procedures.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers warmly and deliver efficient, respectful, and helpful service.
• Carry out deposits, withdrawals, and payment transactions with strong accuracy.
• Manage cash and cheque handling, and reconcile transactions so the drawer balances by the end of each day.
• Support customers with international money exchange requests.
• Keep the cash drawer balanced and properly maintained on a daily basis.
• Follow all bank rules, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Address customer concerns politely and effectively, and escalate matters outside your authority to the appropriate supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

• A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Confidence in handling face-to-face customer interactions.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• The ability to work quickly without compromising accuracy.
• Previous experience of 0 to 5 years.
