Role Purpose

As a Teller, you will be responsible for serving customers professionally while carrying out everyday banking transactions with speed, accuracy, and full adherence to internal policies and procedures.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers warmly and deliver efficient, respectful, and helpful service.
- Carry out deposits, withdrawals, and payment transactions with strong accuracy.
- Manage cash and cheque handling, and reconcile transactions so the drawer balances by the end of each day.
- Support customers with international money exchange requests.
- Keep the cash drawer balanced and properly maintained on a daily basis.
- Follow all bank rules, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Address customer concerns politely and effectively, and escalate matters outside your authority to the appropriate supervisor.
What We’re Looking For
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Confidence in handling face-to-face customer interactions.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- The ability to work quickly without compromising accuracy.
- Previous experience of 0 to 5 years.
