About the Role
Rithum is a commerce network that helps brands, suppliers, and retailers work together more efficiently to create smoother e-commerce experiences. The company supports growth, channel operations, product expansion, and margin improvement for thousands of businesses across many channels.
Rithum operates as an AI-first organization, so employees are expected to use AI and technology thoughtfully to improve productivity, simplify work, and build scalable processes.
In this role, you will help lead important product initiatives with a strong technical focus. You will learn the platform’s capabilities and constraints quickly, turn business needs into detailed requirements, and guide work from planning through launch. You will own the process across roadmap planning, release preparation, and post-launch support, while working with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Client Success to deliver useful solutions. You will also use customer feedback, data, and market signals to shape product decisions and strengthen adoption.
Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Product Manager on strategic operational workstreams.
- Convert business goals into detailed technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
- Lead scoping discussions and produce clear written outputs for cross-functional teams.
- Work with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Client Success to define priorities and deliver valuable capabilities.
- Own execution across discovery, planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch improvement.
- Set up and run a steady intake and triage process for enhancement requests and operational work.
- Capture context, business impact, dependencies, and suggested priority for leadership review.
- Track platform risks and repeated operational gaps, and raise them early to product leadership.
- Coordinate alignment, dependencies, timelines, risk management, and status updates across multiple projects.
- Use data, client feedback, and market insights to guide product choices and improve feature value.
- Maintain product documentation, release notes, internal enablement content, and stakeholder communication.
- Join client and internal conversations to refine requirements, confirm use cases, and support adoption.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude to improve drafting, analysis, prompt work, and documentation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Management, or technical project leadership within a software company.
- Background in data, AI, e-commerce, marketplace, pricing, or content optimization products is preferred.
- Hands-on experience working with Engineering and Data Science teams on APIs, data flows, analytics, or automation.
- Strong ability to turn ambiguous requests into clear documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria, then carry work through completion.
- Comfort reading technical documentation and API details, including REST concepts, authentication methods, payloads, and webhook basics.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
- Exposure to integration-heavy environments involving APIs and webhooks is preferred.
- Experience with the Rithum for Brands (ChannelAdvisor) platform is preferred.
- Founder-like, intrapreneurial mindset is preferred.
- Experience using AI tools for documentation, discovery, or solution building is preferred.
- Familiarity with delivery and operations tools such as JIRA, Notion, backlog systems, documentation tools, and basic data analysis is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- This role is not limited to the activities listed, as duties and responsibilities may change with or without notice.
Perks and Benefits
- Remote-first working environment with better work-life balance support.
- Transparent and fair compensation approach.
- Expected base salary range of $75,000 to $130,000 per year.
- Discretionary bonus of 10% of annual base salary for non-sales roles.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage with company HSA contributions starting on day 1.
- 6% 401(k) match.
- Time off package that includes 20 PTO days, 9 company holidays, 2 floating holidays, 7 sick days, 2 wellness days, and 1 paid volunteer day.

- Access to the Calm app and the Employee Assistance Program.
- $65 monthly remote work stipend for internet.
