Role Summary

The company is hiring a Product Manager to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement across its global trading platform. This position suits someone who enjoys tackling complex product challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing user journeys in a fast-moving FinTech setting.

The scope includes both frontend and backend work related to onboarding, compliance, customer acquisition, search and discovery, and support features, all aimed at supporting international growth.

Responsibilities

• Track product performance metrics and use user research insights to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Translate data findings, competitor intelligence, and business priorities into product requirements that support growth and retention.
• Act as the link between development teams in China and regulated business entities overseas to ensure international requirements are smoothly implemented.
• Carry out user acceptance testing and help maintain strong product quality throughout each release.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• About 1 to 3 years of product management experience is preferred, though fresh graduates may also apply.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin, since some stakeholders communicate only in Mandarin.
• Exposure to trading platforms and financial instruments will be considered an advantage.
