Role Overview
The Talent Executive will handle the complete recruitment cycle to fulfill business staffing requirements, supporting hiring managers and executing HR strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying potential candidates through job portals, social media, and various recruitment channels.
- Shortlisting applicants and conducting pre-interview assessments to evaluate suitability.
- Overseeing hiring procedures including offer management and onboarding processes.
- Coordinating with external industry partners to align recruitment plans.
- Communicating regularly with internal stakeholders regarding recruitment activities.
- Collaborating with relevant teams to develop talent pipelines and succession plans, including store operations.
- Visiting store locations to monitor talent development and partnering with store managers to address workforce challenges.
- Organizing recruitment events across both physical and virtual platforms.
- Providing support in general HR and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in human resources.
- Experience in FMCG or fast-paced retail sectors is highly advantageous.
Required Skills
- Skilled in candidate screening, shortlisting, and interviewing procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or similar field.
- Certification such as IHRP-CP is beneficial.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools.
Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is between 4300 to 5700 SGD.
