Job Description
This is a highly autonomous role focused on delivering exceptional experiences for both candidates and the business. You will manage the full talent lifecycle, recruiting for a diverse range of functions, including Go-To-Market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and technical positions. You will be responsible for your assigned hiring portfolio, collaborating closely with stakeholders to achieve ambitious quarterly growth targets. As a comprehensive recruiter, you will blend strategic thinking with execution, building talent pipelines, shaping hiring strategies, and delivering results efficiently in both specialized and high-volume recruitment scenarios.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various organizational roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, and collaboratively develop job descriptions and selection criteria.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including online platforms and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Oversee the complete selection process, encompassing resume screening, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates against company culture and values.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand and attract high-caliber candidates.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness and inform data-driven decisions.
- Provide training and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and effective interview techniques.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday.
Qualifications and Experience
- A combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience across various business domains is beneficial.
- Demonstrated success in achieving recruitment outcomes with clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and success rates.
- Possess strong communication skills to craft compelling recruitment messaging.
- Ability to quickly establish rapport and build relationships with business stakeholders.
- A proven track record of resolving challenging situations effectively and positively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring smooth operational processes.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, managing time and expectations effectively.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred, though not strictly required.
- The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel, mainly to our New York City office.
- Salary is competitive, ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, dependent on experience.
