Role Overview
This is a fast-moving, highly independent recruiting position for someone with experience hiring for go-to-market teams. The role is centred on building strong revenue-focused teams and working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, while also helping with selected technical hiring when required.
You will manage the full hiring process from start to finish for your portfolio, working with stakeholders to deliver against quarterly growth goals. The role calls for a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with responsibility for pipeline creation, hiring strategy, and fast execution across both specialist and high-volume hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute creative hiring approaches to attract strong candidates across different roles.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and shape selection criteria.
- Identify and engage candidates through a range of channels, including online platforms and professional networks.
- Run the full selection workflow, from screening applications and interviewing through to evaluating fit with the company culture and values.
- Support employer brand initiatives that help position the company as an attractive place to work.
- Measure and review recruiting data to assess effectiveness and guide improvements.
- Coach and guide hiring managers on effective recruitment practices and interview methods.
- Ensure candidates have a smooth and positive experience from first contact through onboarding.
- Keep applicant tracking system records accurate and current in Workday.
Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate may bring a combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience across different business functions. Success in the role is measured by achieving hiring outcomes with clear KPIs and strong success rates.
You should be able to communicate clearly, craft engaging messaging, build trusted relationships quickly with business partners, handle difficult situations constructively, and manage several priorities while balancing time and expectations. Strong organisation and attention to detail are important for keeping recruiting operations running smoothly.
A bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred, though it is not mandatory.
Work Arrangement
This position is mostly remote, with occasional travel required, primarily to the New York City office.
