Responsibilities

  • Work alongside recruiters to identify, review, and evaluate candidates for different business functions.
  • Maintain job listings across job boards and social platforms, and track incoming applications.
  • Arrange interviews across multiple time zones while helping create a smooth candidate journey.
  • Support employer branding work, including content for social channels and event-related activities.
  • Carry out market research, summarize talent trends, and compare competitor hiring practices.
  • Help build talent maps and candidate pools for key roles.
  • Assist the People Team with wider HR and project-based initiatives whenever required.

Qualifications

  • Open to students currently pursuing, or candidates who have recently finished, a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a similar discipline.
  • Should be highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to communicate well with others.
  • Needs to be proactive, flexible, and willing to learn in a busy, fast-moving setting.
  • Must be comfortable collaborating with teams and stakeholders across different regions.
  • Previous exposure through an internship or project in recruitment or HR will be considered an advantage.
  • Must be available for at least 3 months; this can be a full-time commitment or part-time with a minimum of 3 days per week.

Additional Information

This role is based in Singapore and follows an onsite working setup. It is a part-time position. No stipend or salary amount has been provided.
