Responsibilities
- Work alongside recruiters to identify, review, and evaluate candidates for different business functions.
- Maintain job listings across job boards and social platforms, and track incoming applications.
- Arrange interviews across multiple time zones while helping create a smooth candidate journey.
- Support employer branding work, including content for social channels and event-related activities.
- Carry out market research, summarize talent trends, and compare competitor hiring practices.
- Help build talent maps and candidate pools for key roles.
- Assist the People Team with wider HR and project-based initiatives whenever required.
Qualifications
- Open to students currently pursuing, or candidates who have recently finished, a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a similar discipline.
- Should be highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to communicate well with others.
- Needs to be proactive, flexible, and willing to learn in a busy, fast-moving setting.
- Must be comfortable collaborating with teams and stakeholders across different regions.
- Previous exposure through an internship or project in recruitment or HR will be considered an advantage.
- Must be available for at least 3 months; this can be a full-time commitment or part-time with a minimum of 3 days per week.
Additional Information
This role is based in Singapore and follows an onsite working setup. It is a part-time position. No stipend or salary amount has been provided.
