Role Overview

DPS Group Global, operating as Arcadis DPS, is looking for a results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join its Contract Technical Services team in Citywest, Dublin. The position is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys working in a performance-led setting, confidently sourcing candidates in a proactive way, and supplying strong technical talent quickly. In this role, you will help assemble and mobilise technical teams for important client assignments.

Core Duties

  • Seek out, contact, and engage qualified technical professionals using outbound channels such as professional networks, internal databases, referrals, and industry connections.
  • Develop and keep active candidate pipelines across several vacancies and project needs.
  • Handle the recruitment process from initial sourcing through offer stage and onboarding completion.
  • Assist with the quick deployment of engineering talent so client timelines can be met.
  • Lead offer discussions, contract finalisation, and onboarding with a practical, commercially aware approach.
  • Keep candidate information organised, accurate, and regularly updated in the database.

Experience and Skills

  • Prior recruitment experience is required, whether gained in an agency or internal talent acquisition environment.
  • Experience hiring for pharmaceutical, medical device, or technical/engineering roles is an advantage.
  • You should be comfortable working toward KPIs, deadlines, and delivery-focused goals.
  • A strong history of proactively finding and engaging candidates is important.
  • The job calls for resilience and the ability to manage multiple openings in a high-pace environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and candidate communication skills are needed.
  • You should understand the balance between speed, quality, and client service.
