About the Role
Svn Consultancy, a leading plywood manufacturer known for its commitment to quality and performance, is seeking a skilled Solar Performance Engineer to oversee its pan-India operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our solar power systems across various locations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the performance of solar power systems throughout India.
- Evaluate plant performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify areas for yield improvement and optimization.
- Ensure efficient operation of solar plants, focusing on energy efficiency and generation.
- Utilize SCADA systems for real-time performance monitoring.
- Prepare performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with plant operations teams to implement performance enhancement strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 14 years of experience specifically in Solar Plant Performance Monitoring and Analysis.
- Proficiency in analyzing solar PV systems and calculating energy yields.
- Strong command of data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with SCADA systems is essential.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Ability to travel across India to visit plants as needed.
