About The Sociable Society
The Sociable Society connects social media creators with globally recognized brands to run direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns tailored to specific niche audiences. The company takes a people-first approach to brand and creator partnerships, aiming to deliver creative work that engages audiences and adds value every time.
The team describes itself as entrepreneurial, digitally driven, and focused on growth. They are seeking someone who can contribute to that creative culture and develop along with the business as it expands.
Role Overview
The Sociable Society is hiring a Social Media Coordinator for its Marketing Team. This person will develop and produce content for the agency’s primary social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Because the company works as a creator management agency, the channels are intended to give audiences a behind-the-scenes look at influencer marketing, showcase creator and agency achievements, and build relationships with both current creators and prospective talent. The right candidate should be able to work in the brand’s voice while tailoring content to current platform trends.
Content Creation and Publishing
- Create, edit, and brainstorm social-first content such as Reels, TikToks, Stories, and carousel posts.
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Adjust content for each platform by fine-tuning format, captions, audio choices, and posting times.
- Keep content calendars current so publishing stays organized and on schedule.
Community Management
- Track comments, direct messages, and tagged posts across social platforms.
- Respond in a prompt, on-brand manner that fits the audience and channel.
- Spot opportunities to encourage conversation and increase engagement.
- Route any delicate or sensitive questions to the broader team when needed.
Event Content Support
- Organize content libraries for brand partners tied to event-based campaigns.
- Work with photographers and videographers on assets, including shot lists and edits.
- Help develop event content ideas and shape social-first capture plans for on-site coverage.
Reporting and Performance Tracking
- Collect and review performance data through Meta Business Suite and TikTok Studio.
- Support the creation of monthly analytics reports.
- Observe engagement patterns and identify top-performing posts.
Experience Required
This role calls for 2 to 3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing. Candidates should be comfortable using editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar software. A strong grasp of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends is important, along with familiarity with social metrics and tracking tools. Good writing ability and a sharp eye for detail are also essential.
Why Join TSS
Joining the team offers the chance to work with leading creators and global brands in a flexible remote setup. The role also comes with opportunities to learn, grow professionally, and be part of a collaborative, supportive, and enjoyable team environment.
Location and Eligibility
This is a full-time remote position open only to applicants based in the United States and Canada.
