Role overview

The Sociable Society is hiring a Marketing Graphic Designer to support its agency marketing work in a fully remote environment. This position is open to applicants based in the United States or Canada only.

The company works with social media creators and major brands to deliver direct-to-consumer campaigns tailored to niche audiences. What this role covers

You will take ownership of the agency’s creative output across marketing touchpoints. That includes website visuals, external presentations, event materials, company merchandise, and other creative projects as needed. The position also involves supporting production setup for events, handling ad hoc design requests, and collaborating closely with the social media coordinator to keep all content aligned with the brand.

Key responsibilities

  • Set the creative direction and deliverables for agency marketing materials across all channels.
  • Create design assets for email, social platforms, websites, events, and related brand communications.
  • Produce print- and digital-ready files for event needs such as vinyl graphics, invitations, and other production elements.
  • Partner with brand clients to build accurate mockups for event activations and revise them as required.
  • Preserve visual consistency by working within established brand standards and design rules.
  • Collaborate with different internal teams on external decks and presentations.
  • Support event production by sourcing photographers, videographers, and fabricators when needed.
  • Coordinate with the development team to keep website content and design updated.
  • Balance several projects at once while meeting deadlines in a fast-moving work environment.
  • Keep up with current design trends and apply relevant ideas appropriately.

Experience and tool requirements

Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, particularly in creating marketing assets. The role calls for strong working knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other editing tools. A solid grasp of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends is also important. The ideal candidate works well independently, pays close attention to detail, and can manage tasks with minimal oversight.
