Role overview
This position sits within the wider brand function and helps deliver ASOS brand activity on a day-to-day basis. The role supports seasonal campaigns, always-on marketing and important brand moments, making sure work stays organised, clearly communicated and delivered to a high standard. It also helps connect different teams and keeps brand execution consistent across channels.
Key duties
- Assist with the delivery of seasonal campaigns and ongoing brand activity.
- Coordinate schedules, outputs and approval workflows across teams.
- Track, store and distribute assets accurately.
- Support collaboration between Brand Marketing, Social, Creative and Media teams.
- Keep everyone aligned on priorities, deadlines and milestones.
- Prepare weekly and monthly team updates.
- Help brief and organise content for social, site and campaign channels.
- Protect brand consistency across all outputs in line with guidelines.
- Support the launch and rollout of assets across channels.
- Maintain trackers, timelines and status reports.
- Contribute to smoother and clearer ways of working.
- Help ensure processes and governance requirements are followed.
- Organise and maintain brand assets and guidance documents.
- Make sure teams work from the most up-to-date assets and frameworks.
- Support consistency across every customer touchpoint.
- Help compile reports on campaign and social performance.
- Track important brand and campaign metrics.
- Identify learnings and insights that can shape future activity.
- Support communication with internal stakeholders and outside partners.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas and follow-up actions.
- Record actions and help see them through to completion.
