Role Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end digital growth efforts for the company’s on-site team in Riyadh. The role is centered on improving lead generation, conversion performance, and revenue impact through coordinated paid, organic, and analytics-led marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
You will plan, run, and refine full-funnel campaigns across major digital platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat. The position calls for close management of acquisition channels, better lead quality from MQL to SQL, and continuous monitoring of core performance indicators such as ROAS, CAC, CPL, and CPA.
You will also develop and maintain reporting and measurement systems, including dashboards, attribution models, funnel analysis, GA4 tracking, pixels, and CRM integrations, to guide smarter marketing decisions. In addition, the role covers SEO, content direction, and social growth initiatives to expand organic reach and strengthen brand authority.
Ongoing testing and optimization are an important part of the job, including A/B experiments, conversion rate improvements, and marketing automation initiatives designed to increase efficiency and lower acquisition cost.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should bring hands-on experience in social media marketing, lead generation, digital marketing execution, and web/app analytics. Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities are essential, along with familiarity with the latest digital tools and trends.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is required, and prior experience in a managerial marketing role is expected. Experience in the Saudi market and Arabic fluency are considered an advantage.
