Position Overview

This permanent role is based in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada, requiring 35 working hours weekly primarily at a fast food restaurant. The language spoken is English.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate activities of food preparation and portioning staff.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols.
  • Calculate needed ingredients and supplies for meal preparations.
  • Ensure food quality and service meet established standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records including inventory, maintenance, sales, and waste.
