Role overview
This is a permanent, full-time shift management role in a fast food restaurant setting in New Waterford, Nova Scotia. The position is conducted in English and requires a 35-hour workweek.

Key duties
- Oversee the day-to-day work of food preparation and portioning staff.
- Provide training on job tasks, sanitation practices, and safety procedures.
- Calculate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.
- Check that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints or concerns.
- Keep records related to stock, equipment repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Create and manage staff schedules.
Supervision
Responsible for supervising a team of 5 to 10 people.
