Role overview

This is a permanent, full-time shift management role in a fast food restaurant setting in New Waterford, Nova Scotia. The position is conducted in English and requires a 35-hour workweek.

Key duties

  • Oversee the day-to-day work of food preparation and portioning staff.
  • Provide training on job tasks, sanitation practices, and safety procedures.
  • Calculate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.

  • Respond to and resolve customer complaints or concerns.
  • Keep records related to stock, equipment repairs, sales, and wastage.
