Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of logistics features that enhance experiences for customers, merchants, and delivery riders.
• Oversee prioritization decisions and trade-offs within complex marketplace environments, escalating key issues to senior leadership as necessary.
• Manage product objectives from concept through to release, collaborating closely across departments to ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Align cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Operations worldwide to successfully launch new product enhancements.
• Convert ambiguous and complex challenges into clear, actionable plans focusing on the most impactful opportunities.

• Demonstrated skill in solving complex problems by asking insightful questions and crafting practical roadmaps.
• Strong analytical capabilities with ease in understanding technical material and effectively working alongside Machine Learning and Operations Research experts.
• A systems-oriented mindset balancing user needs, commercial objectives, and marketplace dynamics considering long-term impacts.
• Proven track record of rapidly executing plans while maintaining attention to detail within a high-impact, fast-changing environment.
