About the company
Okta builds trusted identity infrastructure that helps organizations securely adopt AI and manage access for both human and AI identities. The company focuses on solving complex, high-stakes problems with urgency, strong ownership, and a high standard of execution.
About the team
The EMEA Field Marketing team plays a central role in the region’s growth plan. It works closely with Sales and other business functions to generate pipeline, speed up opportunities, and strengthen brand visibility across the market.
About the role
This position is for a Senior EMEA Marketing Programs Specialist based in Dublin, Ireland. The role centers on planning and delivering integrated, multi-country marketing campaigns across EMEA, with a focus on target account lists and measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. It requires a mix of strategic planning, practical execution, regional market understanding, and strong collaboration across teams.
What you will do
- Build, run, and improve integrated marketing programs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with emphasis on new business generation and pipeline acceleration.
- Take a hands-on approach by combining planning and execution to ensure campaigns are adapted to different EMEA markets and aligned to priority account lists.
- Work in close alignment with Field Marketing and other internal stakeholders to keep campaigns coordinated.
- Partner with Performance Marketing to bring paid media tactics into integrated campaigns and expand campaign reach.
- Incorporate the partner ecosystem into campaign plans where useful to strengthen results.
- Look for opportunities to use emerging technologies, including AI, to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing programs.
- Support programs aimed at the Enterprise segment, with an always-on approach that also extends into SMB.
What you bring
- Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end marketing programs in a B2B technology setting, ideally across the EMEA region.
- Strong capability in audience targeting and segmentation to focus activity on accounts with the highest potential.
- Practical knowledge of paid media methods and how to use them within integrated campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside sales teams including xDR and cross-functional partners such as product, global, and field marketing.
- A data-focused approach, with comfort using performance metrics and insights to improve pipeline and revenue results.
Why this role may appeal to you
You may be a strong fit if you are motivated by measurable business impact, enjoy cross-functional teamwork, like balancing strategy with hands-on execution, and are interested in learning new tools and technologies such as AI to enhance marketing performance.
