What the role involves

This opportunity begins with a structured onboarding experience that helps you understand the business from the ground up. You will rotate through a broad range of experiences across different divisions, building practical sales knowledge and leadership confidence. Core accountabilities

  • Develop market-level knowledge by learning the business directly in the field.
  • Lead a team, depending on the location and division assigned.
  • Partner with customers to carry out sales plans, set up displays, manage merchandising, oversee inventory, and support promotional activities.
  • Apply go-to-market approaches such as Direct to Store Delivery, Warehouse Distribution, and Third Party Carriers.
  • Use problem-solving abilities to improve volume, revenue, and profitability.
  • Work closely with field sales, key accounts, and customers to help meet regional consumer demand.
  • Use analytical thinking to conduct business reviews with key decision makers.
