Key Responsibilities

  • Discover consumer demand signals and unmet needs across various meal occasions both at home and outside.
  • Convert insights into strategic brand growth platforms and expansion plans.
  • Identify and define opportunities within Ready-to-Eat, Ready-to-Cook, and Away-from-Home channels, ensuring a competitive brand advantage.
  • Develop consumer-led brand extensions and a cohesive sub-brand architecture with a future-focused outlook.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and launch commercially viable, consumer-aligned product innovations.
  • Implement 360-degree communication strategies, localizing global marketing assets for the UK market.
  • Deliver consistent and compelling brand messaging that aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Lead strategy and activation for Away-from-Home channels, crafting engaging and impactful brand experiences.
  • Create a comprehensive playbook for uniform brand activation across sales channels and major events.
  • Work closely with sales teams to facilitate seamless execution and strengthen external sell-in efforts.
  • Set measurable success criteria, monitor campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Extensive experience in consumer strategy, brand innovation, or marketing within FMCG or food and beverage sectors.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills managing cross-functional teams to deliver scalable consumer-driven innovation.
  • Deep knowledge of consumer insights, brand development methods, and commercial execution.
  • Familiarity with Away-from-Home channel strategies and brand activations is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent storytelling and influencing capabilities.
  • Genuine passion for food culture and enhancing brand relevance through innovation.
