Job description
Job purpose
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales across assigned regions, including remote areas. The role focuses on maintaining strong delivery standards, protecting service quality, and meeting revenue and gross profit goals for the product line.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s products and services to existing customers as well as prospective clients within the assigned territory and remote locations.
- Build, develop, and sustain long-term relationships with both current and potential customers.
- Prepare regular performance and market updates, including sales funnel reports, CRM records, and MIS insights, while keeping competitor information current.
- Share product launches, service opportunities, significant updates, and field feedback with the relevant internal teams.
- Address and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner.
- Work closely with internal teams to support the sales closing process.
- Track progress against year-to-date targets and monitor stock availability.
- Deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions that meet expectations.
- Keep competitor databases updated with the latest market intelligence.
- Use Oracle Fusion extensively for quotations, sales pipeline tracking, stock monitoring, and data updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or another closely related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in OPD and hospital furniture sales or a related field.

- Ability to support applications and related processes.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Solid product understanding.
- Good public relations and relationship-building ability.
- Competence in preparing and maintaining data reports.
Additional information
This is a full-time remote role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position is focused on delivering sales performance, monitoring inventory, and using Oracle Fusion for operational sales tasks.
