Senior Operations Specialist

Job Purpose

The Senior Operations Specialist is accountable for keeping daily business activities running efficiently and in line with organizational objectives. The role centers on improving workflows, spotting process gaps, introducing better operating methods, and working across teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming orders and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor order status through ERP tools.
• Keep track of stock levels and escalate concerns to supervisors when needed.
• Manage inbound calls, process product returns, and support customers online.
• Check customer order records and correct any incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Work closely with warehouse, sales, and finance teams to keep operations aligned.
• Register IPOs as part of the operational workflow.
• Support project execution from the planning stage through final completion.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors or contractors to meet deadlines.
• Follow project milestones and share regular progress updates and reports.
• Track Proof of Delivery documents and Final Acceptance completion.
• Use Microsoft Excel to maintain, review, and analyze operational data.

Education

A bachelor’s degree is required.

Experience

Applicants should have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the same role.
