Role Overview
As a Sales Manager at Tesla, you will be an experienced retail leader with a charismatic presence. Your main responsibilities involve recruiting, training, developing, and managing a motivated store team that supports Tesla's mission to accelerate sustainable energy adoption worldwide.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience demonstrating achievement of sales targets.
- An entrepreneurial self-starter with strong management and coaching capabilities.
- Ethical and dedicated approach to sales and operational activities.
- Skill in building collaborative, trusted working relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, matched with effective time management.
- Willingness to work retail hours including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
- For specific states, possession of a Motor Vehicle Salesperson License is required to engage in sales activities; for some regions, a Notary license is preferred with support provided if needed.
