About the role

We are looking for a sales professional who can help warehouse operators solve staffing shortages, shift coverage challenges, and training difficulties through robotic automation. The solutions focus on pick-and-place operations and are built to handle very large product volumes every day. The business offers robotics as a service and already has satisfied customers using the systems during peak demand. Current expertise centers on AutoStore and Pocket Sorter implementations, while solutions can also be adapted to other environments.

The role suits someone who has consistently won customers for warehouse automation offerings and is comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Take ownership of sales opportunities in Spain, Italy, and Portugal from early discovery through to deal closure.
  • Guide prospects through the full adoption journey, including initial meetings, warehouse and reference site visits, and contract discussions.
  • Present the company, its products, services, and culture to potential customers.
  • Work with prospective partners to uncover and develop new opportunities.
  • Identify important target accounts and shape outreach tactics and sales strategies.
  • Contribute to upselling activities where relevant.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and marketing events within the industry.
  • Recommend improvements to funnel activities that can increase conversion rates.

What we’re looking for

  • Solid background in intralogistics and automation sales, including leading customer workshops on solution design.
  • A strong network within the warehousing sector is a major advantage.
  • High ambition and a persistent, results-driven approach to achieving goals.
  • Native-level English and strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to half of the time.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving startup setting.
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
