Role overview
As a Sales Advisor with H&M, you will be central to delivering a memorable in-store experience. Your focus will be on greeting shoppers, guiding them across the store, helping them locate the right items, and presenting products in a way that supports both customer satisfaction and business goals.
What you will do
- Use your understanding of fashion and merchandise to help customers make confident purchase decisions.
- Work closely with colleagues to provide smooth, high-quality service throughout the entire shopping journey.
- Keep the sales area and stockroom tidy, organized, and ready for customers.
- Support store opening and closing tasks when required.
- Represent the brand positively and professionally in every customer interaction.
Team environment
H&M stores are the primary place where customers connect with the brand. In the store team, different roles such as Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Assistant Store Managers, Cash Office Responsible, and Delivery Responsible contribute to building a welcoming and inspiring space. You will also collaborate with the wider area team and exchange ideas across stores to help drive shared success. Together, the team works to help customers express their style through current trends and timeless pieces.

The ideal candidate has prior customer service exposure, preferably in fashion, retail, or a similar environment. You should enjoy helping people, be comfortable in a fast-paced team setting, and be eager to learn new tools and develop your skills.
