Role overview
As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will help deliver a memorable in-store experience by welcoming shoppers, guiding them around the store, and assisting them in finding the right products. Working in line with the brand’s values, you will contribute to both your own performance and the wider success of the business.
What you will do
- Use your knowledge of fashion and products to support customers in making confident buying decisions.
- Work closely with your teammates to provide excellent service throughout the customer journey.
- Keep the sales area and stockroom tidy, well arranged, and ready for customers.
- Help with opening and closing routines for the store.
- Represent both yourself and the brand in a positive way during every customer interaction.
Who you will work with
Stores are central to the company’s customer experience, and every store role helps create an inspiring and welcoming environment. In larger stores, this includes Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Assistant Store Managers, Cash Office Responsible, and Delivery Responsible. You will also coordinate with the Area Team across stores to exchange ideas and support business goals. Together, the team helps customers feel confident and express their individuality through current trends and classic styles.
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate has previous experience in customer service, preferably in fashion, retail, or a related environment. You should enjoy working in a fast-moving team setting, be enthusiastic about fashion, and be motivated to create a strong in-store experience while supporting sales. We are also looking for someone who communicates well, is creative and curious about store technology, learns quickly, and adapts easily to changing priorities.

Additional information
This is a full-time store role based at Felix Plaza, Gurgaon. The position reports to the Department Manager.
