Core Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle hiring efforts, including writing job descriptions, recruiting, and supporting onboarding for strong new hires.
  • Oversee benefits administration, build employee engagement initiatives, and assist with learning and development efforts.
  • Act as the main HR contact for managers, offering guidance on performance management, policies, and people-related decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of California and Arizona employment laws is required.
  • Experience with Rippling HRIS is preferred.
  • Background in a fast-growing company or startup environment is preferred.
  • Must be available for full-time work during Pacific Time business hours.
  • Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry is strongly preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required; HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 per year, along with a benefits package that includes health coverage, a 401(k), generous paid time off, and a remote-first work setup.
