About the Role
Seasoned Recruitment is hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead people operations through a period of rapid growth. This is a hands-on generalist position where you will oversee the employee journey from start to finish and work closely with leadership to create scalable HR systems and an excellent employee experience.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of HR background, including at least 2 years working as a generalist across multiple HR functions
- Strong understanding of employment laws in California and Arizona is mandatory
- Experience using Rippling HRIS is preferred
- Background in a fast-growing company or startup is preferred
- Must be available for full-time work during Pacific Time Zone business hours
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated sectors is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required; HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with care are essential
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance across multiple states, manage complete payroll cycles in Rippling, and keep records organized and ready for audit review
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from writing job descriptions to onboarding strong new hires
- Administer benefits, create employee engagement initiatives, and support learning and career development
- Act as the go-to HR partner for managers by coaching them on performance management and policy matters
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a salary range of USD 65,000 to 75,000 annually, along with a full benefits package that includes medical coverage, a 401(k) plan, generous paid time off, and a remote-first working setup.
