About the role
This opportunity is with a respected and expanding estate agency representing a client in the United Arab Emirates. The business is looking for ambitious, service-oriented property professionals who can support buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants while building a strong career in real estate. The role suits both experienced candidates with an existing network and those who are new to the sector but eager to learn, as full support, training, and resources are provided.
As a Property Consultant, you will act as a key contact throughout important property transactions. You will help clients find the right homes or investments, support them through each stage of the sale or letting journey, and contribute within a professional team that values strong results and rewards high performance.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Carry out property valuations, arrange and attend viewings, and complete market appraisals.
- Bring in new business through networking, referrals, and direct canvassing.
- Handle negotiations and support clients from initial offer through to completion of the sale or letting.
- Keep records accurate and up to date, while following the relevant property laws and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with colleagues to exchange market insight and proven practices.
- Work toward and surpass agreed targets and KPIs.
What the employer is looking for
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in property and a commitment to excellent customer service. You should communicate confidently in person, over the phone, and in writing, and be comfortable building your own pipeline through self-motivation and initiative. Managing several clients and transactions at the same time is important, while still keeping a close eye on detail.
A full UAE driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are required. Previous experience in estate agency or a sales role is desirable, though not mandatory, because full training will be provided.
