Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position in Abu Dhabi for a Real Estate Agent. The role centers on managing a portfolio of residential and investment properties and supporting clients through the full lifecycle of buying, selling, and leasing. The agent will handle client consultations, property showings, offer preparation, and negotiation, while also staying current on Abu Dhabi market trends, property rules, and developer inventory. The position requires regular use of Voyage’s digital tools for communication, document handling, and reporting, along with close coordination with internal teams to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience for property owners, tenants, and buyers.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential and investment properties.
- Support clients from the first consultation through to final deal closure.
- Identify prospects and generate new leads through active outreach.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings for interested buyers or tenants.
- Prepare offers and present them clearly to clients and other parties.
- Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
- Keep current with the Abu Dhabi real estate market, applicable regulations, and developer offerings.
- Use company technology tools to manage communication, records, and reporting.
- Work with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Maintain a professional, high-standard service for homeowners, tenants, and buyers.
Requirements
- Valid real estate license and a solid understanding of real property fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience in real estate transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing.
- Strong sales capability with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent customer service skills and a relationship-focused approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages are an added advantage.
- Good awareness of the Abu Dhabi property market and local regulations, or the ability to learn quickly.
- Comfortable using digital platforms and CRM systems for listings, client management, and documentation.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to perform well in a fast-paced, target-oriented setting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client requirements.
Additional Information
This role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires working on site. The job is full time. Flexible scheduling may be needed, including evenings and weekends, depending on client demand.
