Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist position based in Dubai. The person in this role will oversee the complete hiring cycle for real estate positions, from attracting candidates and reviewing applications to conducting first-round interviews and helping with candidate selection.
Key responsibilities
You will work closely with agencies to understand hiring requirements, write and publish job ads, keep a healthy candidate pipeline, arrange interview calendars, and maintain clear communication with applicants and clients. The role also includes supporting onboarding and training coordination, monitoring recruitment performance, and contributing to process improvements that create a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Qualifications and experience
The ideal candidate should bring solid recruiting capability, including experience handling end-to-end hiring workflows. Strong interviewing and assessment skills are important, along with the ability to judge both technical suitability and cultural alignment. Good communication and relationship management skills are needed to work effectively with candidates and agency partners. Prior exposure to onboarding, training coordination, or supporting candidate transitions is beneficial. Recruitment experience in real estate or professional services is preferred.
Work environment
This position requires on-site attendance in Dubai and the ability to manage several openings and priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving setting. Strong organization, attention to detail, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software are expected.
Education
