Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate losses by enhancing processes and organizational capabilities using manufacturing tools on a global scale.
- Drive equipment standardization, implement changes, and ensure process validations are conducted effectively.
- Develop team competencies in technical troubleshooting of process failures.
- Manage daily operations by setting direction, reporting performance results, flagging issues, and coordinating resource requirements.
- Focus on cost reduction and productivity enhancement through asset utilization and benchmarking exercises.
- Serve as the central point for project and product development information, coordinating capital projects across multiple functions and teams.
- Exhibit leadership in applying technology to resolve manufacturing challenges.
- Design and implement processes aimed at building best-in-class manufacturing capabilities.
- Accelerate product and innovation time-to-market.
- Lead and manage large project teams from initiation, overseeing capital and project expenditure optimization.
Qualifications and Skills
- A recent graduate with degrees in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines; alternatively, an MBA graduate with up to two years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English complemented by technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and teamwork aptitude.
