The company values its employees highly, promoting internal growth, emphasizing continuous development, and fostering outstanding talent.
Role Overview
As a Brand Management Intern at P&G, you will actively lead stimulating projects, bringing fresh ideas to the table that influence our brand strategies and deliver compelling and sustainable brand experiences. From your first day, you'll assume ownership of projects, deepen your understanding of marketing workflows, craft innovative concepts, and steer campaigns on emerging social media platforms.
You may contribute within the Brand Management function by joining one of three teams: the Commercial Operations team focused on a specific brand or product category; the Brand Operations team handling various categories via particular marketing channels; or the Sales team tasked with formulating marketing plans across categories for defined customers.
Candidate Profile
- You should be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least two semesters completed and demonstrate strong academic performance.
- Availability for a 3 to 6 months internship is required.
- You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, an eagerness for leadership, and a passionate interest in Brand Management.
- You are adept at collaborating with diverse teams, valuing creativity, innovation, and proactive initiative.
- You can make well-informed decisions grounded in data while also trusting your instincts.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and German at B2 level is mandatory.
- Previous short-term work experience, internships, or studying abroad will be advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
- Challenging responsibilities beginning immediately.
- A competitive monthly internship salary of €2,500.
- Extensive social benefits including a flexible working environment, regular social events for interns, a buddy system, access to campus amenities such as a fitness center and canteen.
- A personalized development plan encompassing coaching, mentorship, on-the-job training, and various upskilling opportunities.
- Participation in cross-functional teams with inspiring colleagues and flat hierarchies, providing insight into P&G’s distinctive culture.
- A potential pathway to full-time employment post-study, with diverse career opportunities and international postings, including at headquarters in Geneva.
- The option to integrate this internship with Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis work.
- Opportunities to collaborate internationally across regions and organizational levels.
- Access to employee programs including diversity and inclusion networks, leadership events, and sports groups.
Application Information
Applicants should provide a detailed CV, optional cover letter, copies of academic diplomas and transcripts, and documentation of relevant work experiences or volunteering references. All documents should be uploaded together to avoid delays in the hiring process.
