Procter & Gamble (P&G), a global leader in the FMCG sector known for brands such as Pampers, Ariel, Always, Gillette, and Oral B, is seeking a Product Supply Manager to join their Hyderabad office supporting the APAC PSC GDOP region. This role involves working on innovative manufacturing and processing improvements using connected technologies that align with the 4th industrial revolution. Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams in identifying and eliminating losses globally by enhancing process and organizational capabilities with manufacturing tools.
- Manage equipment standardization, implement changes, and validate processes.
- Develop proficiency in troubleshooting technical process failures.
- Oversee daily operations by reporting outcomes, raising concerns, and managing resource requests.
- Drive cost reduction and productivity enhancements through asset utilization and benchmarking efforts.
- Serve as the central communication point for projects and product developments, coordinating capital projects across multiple teams and functions.
- Exhibit leadership in applying technology to resolve manufacturing challenges.
- Design and establish industry-leading manufacturing processes.
- Accelerate market introduction timelines for products and innovations.
- Lead large-scale project management teams from inception, managing and optimizing capital and project expenditure.

Qualifications and Skills
- Recent graduates with degrees in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent, or MBA holders with up to two years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in English with attributes including technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, effective communication, leadership capabilities, and teamwork skills.
