About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our international team and take ownership of REVIEWS.io, a key product within our portfolio that significantly impacts merchant trust, retention, and revenue. This role involves leading product strategy, direct shipping of features, and contributing to the evolution of product management practices at Clearer.io, particularly in the context of AI integration.

This is not a conventional Product Manager position. Instead of solely writing specifications for engineering teams, you will be actively involved in prototyping solutions, validating concepts using advanced AI tools, and delivering functional prototypes to sandbox environments for early testing before formal specification. You will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and overall success of REVIEWS.io, a vital product in the Clearer portfolio. Furthermore, you will play a role in defining the future of product management within the organization as we integrate AI agents into our workflows.

What You'll Own

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap for REVIEWS.io, ensuring alignment with Clearer's merchant value proposition and business objectives. You will lead prioritization and resource allocation across the product suite, balancing immediate opportunities with long-term strategic investments. This includes owning monetization strategies and the commercial framework for the product. You will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as adoption, retention, and revenue contribution, using this data to inform decision-making.
• Discovery & Validation: Cultivate strong relationships with merchants to identify their core needs and translate these into actionable product opportunities. Conduct ongoing discovery and experimentation to validate hypotheses before allocating engineering resources. You will prototype solutions directly, leveraging AI tools to rapidly build and test working examples that validate concepts more efficiently than traditional documentation. These prototypes will be deployed to sandbox environments for testing against real-world merchant scenarios.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure product direction aligns with merchant requirements. You will represent REVIEWS.io both internally and externally, acting as a thought leader on how Clearer's applications contribute to merchant growth and operational efficiency.
• Shaping Our Processes: Contribute to defining the future of product management at Clearer.io in the AI era, including the selection of tools, development methodologies, the delineation of responsibilities between Product Management and Engineering, and the integration of AI agents into team structures.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management.
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS, preferably within eCommerce enablement or growth-focused tools, with a thorough understanding of the Shopify ecosystem.
• Strong product vision and analytical capabilities, with the ability to integrate strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• A proven history of delivering measurable results for merchants and the business, including revenue growth, improved retention, and successful upsells.
• Experience managing a diverse product portfolio across various stages of growth and different business models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence effectively at all organizational levels.
• Familiarity with subscription revenue models, tech-enabled services, and product-led growth strategies.
• A genuine enthusiasm for customer experience and a commitment to data-driven product development.

Your Working Style

• Proficiency with modern AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, and v0, and a consistent practice of using them for idea prototyping.
• A preference for demonstrating working prototypes over delivering presentations.
• Experience in orchestrating AI agents as part of your workflow, with a keen sense for task delegation, verification, and integration.
• Strong product intuition – the ability to discern quality and suitability even when AI outputs are generally competent, and comfort in acting as a critical filter.
• High degree of initiative and a focus on shipping products. You thrive in environments with minimal process overhead and prefer working with small, accountable teams over committee-based decision-making.
