Role Overview

This position is within the Security team, focusing on the complete lifecycle of security system and tool enhancements. Responsibilities include defining requirements, coordinating development efforts, overseeing launches, and optimizing performance post-release. The role involves close collaboration with various departments to refine operational workflows, bolster security operations, and ensure seamless daily business functions. Additionally, the Product Manager will manage security-related user-facing channels, analyzing performance and operational data to inform strategic decisions. Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive enhancement of security systems and tools, from initial requirement definition and prioritization through development coordination, deployment, and post-launch performance tuning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate the rollout of new features, product improvements, and system upgrades.
• Proactively identify opportunities to elevate internal operational workflows, enhance system usability, and boost overall operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain essential documentation, including product specifications, project plans, process guides, and internal communications.
• Manage routine operational tasks to ensure business continuity and optimize process efficiency, while also supporting security operations and inter-team collaboration.
• Oversee security user-facing channels, encompassing content strategy, visual asset coordination, publication management, and performance analysis, with a focus on continuous improvement driven by key metrics and user engagement.
• Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support informed business decision-making.
• Undertake additional duties as required to support team objectives.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, project management, operations, or a related combined role.
• Demonstrated strong product acumen, with a track record of successfully guiding initiatives from conception to completion.
• Proficient project management and cross-functional coordination abilities, capable of effectively managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Robust skills in operational execution and problem-solving.
• Proven experience in content creation, editing, and research, with the capacity to produce clear, precise, and engaging written materials.
• A meticulous, hands-on, and dependable approach, with a strong aptitude for continuous workflow and performance improvement, effective utilization of AI tools in professional contexts, and a commitment to task ownership and accountability.
