Role purpose

In this position, you will shape product direction for AI-powered experiences, using user insights, data, and market understanding to guide priorities. You will work across product, engineering, AI, support, operations, leadership, and trust-focused teams to help deliver products that are useful, engaging, and responsible.

Key responsibilities

Create and guide the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Use customer feedback, behavioral signals, analytics, and market research to make informed product decisions.
Work with engineering and AI specialists to design and launch intelligent product experiences.
Run discovery activities such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and experiments.
Validate product-market fit through ongoing testing, learning, and iteration.
Build approaches that improve engagement, retention, and long-term adoption.
Track important product metrics and use them to measure success.
Partner with Trust & Safety teams to support responsible and reliable AI use.
Collaborate with Customer Support and Operations to identify pain points and improvement areas.
Align product priorities across multiple stakeholder groups.
Rank initiatives by user value, business impact, and technical practicality.

Requirements

Background as a Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, or AI Product Manager.
Experience building and scaling consumer digital products.
Hands-on exposure to AI products, machine learning applications, or LLM-based experiences.
Solid understanding of analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and data-led decision making.
Experience turning user research into product improvements.
Proven ability to improve growth, engagement, and retention.
Comfort working in agile, cross-functional environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to think strategically while still executing hands-on work.
Experience with conversational AI, virtual assistants, chatbots, or LLM-driven products is valuable.
Exposure to personalization systems, recommendation engines, or memory-based experiences is a plus.
Experience in coaching, wellness, behavioral tech, engagement platforms, or community products is an advantage.
Familiarity with Trust & Safety, AI governance, privacy, or responsible AI practices is beneficial.
Understanding of lifecycle management and customer journey optimization.
Prior work in a fast-scaling startup or scale-up environment.
Interest in learning continuously and collaborating in a global setting.
