  • Review and implement customer feedback to update existing products, maintain relevance, and enhance the product line.
  • Work with Engineering to identify and implement necessary product adjustments.
  • Oversee multiple projects and products concurrently, ensuring efficient execution and timely completion.
  • Communicate effectively to delegate tasks, keep teams on track, and provide clear updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Travel up to 20% to key events, suppliers, and manufacturing locations to foster relationships and support sales and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a 4-year college or university in a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.

  • Experience in manufacturing luxury goods or higher price point items, with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and customer expectations for premium products.
  • Proficiency in financial and analytical skills, including performance reporting, profitability analysis, and market research (competitor, sales data).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple products and projects, with strong prioritization skills and the capacity to meet deadlines and manage competing interests.
  • A customer-focused approach, with the ability to act on feedback and ensure product relevance.
