Role overview
This position is for a performance marketing professional who can build predictable pipeline growth for a B2B SaaS company. The focus is on using paid acquisition to produce marketing-qualified leads, sales-qualified leads, demo bookings, and revenue opportunities.
The role calls for someone who is comfortable working with extended B2B buying journeys, multi-step attribution, account-based marketing, and key SaaS business metrics such as CAC, LTV, and MRR.

Key focus areas
- Plan and manage paid campaigns aimed at generating qualified B2B pipeline.
- Optimize for MQLs, SQLs, demo requests, and revenue contribution.
- Work across long sales cycles and track performance through multi-touch attribution.
- Apply account-based marketing strategies to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Monitor and interpret SaaS growth metrics to guide campaign decisions.
Skills and tools
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads
- Understanding of B2B SaaS demand generation
- Knowledge of long sales cycle marketing
- Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
- CRM lead scoring knowledge
- Analytical thinking and performance tracking
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced Google Sheets skills
- Exposure to ABM tools is preferred
Preferred background
Experience in a SaaS environment with ARR of $1M or more is preferred, along with the ability to manage campaigns that scale beyond $100K in monthly ad spend. Prior work on international campaigns, especially for the US market, will be an advantage.
