Role overview
CM6RI is looking for a mid-to-senior level Social Media Manager to own the brand’s social presence and deliver campaigns that strengthen awareness, increase engagement, and support wider business goals. This is a full-time onsite position based in the United States.
What you will do
- Create and execute social media plans that support marketing priorities and business objectives.
- Build and maintain the company’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
- Develop, schedule, and publish a mix of posts, videos, stories, and campaign assets that keep audiences engaged.
- Manage content calendars and ensure brand voice and messaging stay consistent across channels.
- Track social trends, platform changes, and competitor activity to keep strategies current.
- Respond to comments and messages, nurture online communities, and manage day-to-day audience interaction.
- Work closely with creators, designers, marketing teams, and outside partners to deliver campaigns.
- Review campaign performance and prepare reports covering engagement, reach, growth, conversions, and ROI.
- Run paid social campaigns and other promotional activities on social media platforms.
- Explore influencer collaborations, partnerships, and brand ambassador opportunities.
- Watch for reputation issues and assist with crisis communication when needed.
- Use performance data and audience insights to refine and improve social media strategy over time.
Requirements
- Background in social media management, digital marketing, content marketing, or a related area is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of major social platforms, current trends, and platform-specific best practices.
- Hands-on experience with social scheduling, analytics, and management tools.
- Strong ability to write copy, craft content, and tell stories in an engaging way.
- Comfort with video content, short-form formats, and social advertising is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar solutions.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project coordination skills.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret campaign data accurately.
- Capacity to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines at the same time.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Public Relations, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
