Role Overview

POP MART is hiring a digital marketing professional to lead planning and delivery of campaigns, oversee social media and content activity, and strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement in the Singapore market. The position partners with internal teams and regional stakeholders to improve campaign outcomes, study marketing performance, and spot trends that can support business growth. The ideal person is self-driven, flexible, and comfortable handling several priorities in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the HQ team to shape and roll out local digital marketing plans that use data to support brand expansion and business targets.
  • Create, coordinate, and refine social content by working with both internal and external contributors, with an emphasis on planning, briefing, and improving content to grow local engagement and brand presence.
  • Manage digital channels for the Singapore market, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and similar platforms, while identifying opportunities for innovation based on platform changes and audience behavior.
  • Design and run digital campaigns that increase engagement, widen reach, and raise brand awareness.
  • Monitor and respond to community interactions across comments and direct messages, keeping the brand voice consistent and escalating customer concerns when needed.
  • Collaborate with influencers to develop content that feels authentic and connects with target audiences.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid media spending across channels such as Google Ads and Meta Ads to meet business goals.
  • Track account performance, analyze results, prepare reports with key insights, and work with HQ on data-led improvements.
  • Keep up with market and social media trends and apply relevant ideas to POP MART SG channels.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent qualification, in Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, PR, or communications, ideally within retail, luxury, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong ability to communicate across cultures and collaborate with international teams, with sensitivity to different markets and audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets efficiently while balancing cost control and strong return on investment.
  • Active social media user with knowledge of how multiple platforms operate and a sharp understanding of trending topics and popular culture.
  • Strong analytical ability and the capacity to turn data findings into practical actions and strategy.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
  • Capable of working independently while also contributing effectively to team efforts.
