What you will do

You will focus on business development for mortgage sales by building a referral network and converting opportunities into clients. The role calls for a proactive approach to growing a personal book of business while using TD’s sales tools and support systems.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and manage mortgage sales opportunities through referrals and business development activity.
  • Build referral relationships with realtors, builders, financial planners, and other sources of influence.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver a high level of client service.
  • Use TD’s sales management system to organize activity and support performance.
  • Participate in joint sales calls with the Senior District Sales Manager.
  • Take part in monthly coaching sessions and ongoing performance support.
  • Apply targeted sales training to strengthen mortgage and credit knowledge.
