Role Overview
TD is expanding its Mobile Mortgage Sales force and seeks experienced sales professionals with a proven track record. The Mobile Mortgage Specialist position emphasizes entrepreneurial initiative with a strategic and proactive approach to growing a customer base, primarily through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other influential contacts.
Training and Support
Comprehensive sales and credit knowledge training is provided to integrate new specialists into TD’s supportive corporate culture. Senior sales managers collaborate closely with new hires, offering joint sales calls and monthly coaching. The role involves using a purpose-built sales management system to optimize success.
Compensation and Tools
This role includes a competitive commission structure offering unlimited earning potential alongside comprehensive benefits. Essential home-office equipment, such as a laptop and network access, is supplied, with a monthly phone allowance also provided.
