About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide merchandising support in retail stores by constructing displays, setting up end caps, and organizing shelving resets.
• Assist store and supplier teams to optimize sales potential through visual merchandising techniques.
• Support management by preparing reports and assisting in staff training activities.

Candidate Profile

• Physically capable of performing tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, and moving merchandise.
• Possesses 1-2 years of experience in merchandising or familiarity with planogram implementation.
• Able to use smartphones or tablets effectively to document work performed after shifts.
• Reliable with transportation to travel independently within assigned local territories.

Working Conditions & Perks
