Merchandiser Retail Team Lead

Role Overview

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Merchandiser Retail Team Lead to support in-store merchandising activities for retail customers in Langford, British Columbia. The role is focused on improving how products are presented in-store so shoppers can find what they need, while helping retailers and suppliers make the most of sales opportunities.

What You Will Do

• Support retailers on the shop floor with merchandising tasks that improve product visibility and shopper experience.
• Set up displays and end caps to highlight products and drive sales.
• Reset shelving and merchandising fixtures according to store needs and planograms.
• Assist leadership by contributing to reporting and training-related activities.

Work Conditions and Schedule

• Hourly pay is CAD 18.25 to CAD 20.00.
• Work availability is required from Monday through Thursday.
• Shifts start early in the day.
• No night shifts or weekend work are expected.
• The schedule is flexible.
• There are growth pathways, with promotion from within the company.

Physical and Practical Requirements

• The job involves active physical work such as bending, standing, and moving throughout the shift.
• You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• A smartphone or tablet is needed to log and record completed work after each shift.
• Reliable transportation to the work location is required.
• You must be comfortable traveling independently within your assigned local territory.

Experience Needed

Applicants should have 1 to 2 years of merchandising experience or prior planogram experience.
