About the Role
Become a key contributor to shaping retail shopping experiences by joining Advantage Solutions, a global network with 65,000 team members supporting over 4,000 brands and retailers in more than 40 countries. This role focuses on in-store merchandising to enhance shopper satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities through effective product presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide merchandising support in retail stores by constructing displays, setting up end caps, and organizing shelving resets.
- Assist store and supplier teams to optimize sales potential through visual merchandising techniques.
- Support management by preparing reports and assisting in staff training activities.
Candidate Profile
- Physically capable of performing tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, and moving merchandise.
- Possesses 1-2 years of experience in merchandising or familiarity with planogram implementation.
- Able to use smartphones or tablets effectively to document work performed after shifts.
- Reliable with transportation to travel independently within assigned local territories.
Working Conditions & Perks
