Marketing Intern (User Operations)

About the Role

Keeta, a standalone brand under Meituan, is expanding food delivery services across Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and the Middle East. As the company grows quickly, it needs strong campaign operations to support user acquisition and create a smooth customer journey.

This internship sits within the Qatar Marketing User Operations team and is focused on marketing campaign support, CRM execution, and channel partnership work in one of the region’s fast-growing markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation, translation, and quality check of campaign copy, customer-facing communication, and business proposals between Arabic and English.
• Help run CRM activities by contributing ideas for topics, planning content, and reviewing performance data.
• Assist with external channel partnership initiatives through user research, market observations, and coordination of daily project tasks.

Requirements

• Native-level or professional working ability in both Arabic and English, with strong spoken and written communication; Arabic is mandatory.
• A proactive attitude, quick learning ability, and strong accountability to produce accurate work within deadlines.
• Good awareness of the Qatar market, including local culture and user preferences.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve content development and data review efficiency.
• Must be able to work on site for 3 days each week as required.
