Role Summary

This is a full-time Social Media Manager position based in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. The role is primarily hybrid, and there is flexibility for part-time work from home. You will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing content across major social channels while maintaining brand consistency and supporting client objectives.

Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee social media calendars, keep channels active, and manage audience interactions in a prompt and professional way. You will review performance data, create reports, and make improvements to campaigns to help increase reach, engagement, and conversions. The job also involves partnering with internal teams, supporting larger digital marketing efforts, staying updated on platform changes and industry trends, and suggesting fresh ideas to strengthen clients’ online visibility.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a strong foundation in social media marketing and optimization, including campaign planning, account management, and tracking results. The role calls for solid content strategy and writing ability so posts and messages are clear, engaging, and aligned with the brand. Strong communication skills are important for teamwork, client interaction, and community engagement. Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms is expected. You should be able to handle several accounts and deadlines at once, stay organized, and manage your time well. A working understanding of digital marketing basics, including paid social, SEO fundamentals, and the role social channels play in broader marketing plans, is also needed. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred. Prior agency or multi-client experience is an advantage, along with familiarity with A/B testing, creative briefs, and content approval processes.

Additional Information

The role is open to candidates who can work in a hybrid setup in Plymouth Meeting, PA, with some part-time work-from-home flexibility.
