Job description
Role Overview
Keeta is hiring an Associate in Strategic Account Management for its Dubai-based office. The role focuses on keeping platform operations accurate, supporting promotional activity when needed, and reviewing cancellations to reduce avoidable revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle platform and menu operations by updating prices, store hours, delivery radius settings, and menu content across the relevant channels.
- Support campaign execution when required by turning on promotions and carefully checking them to make sure they function without technical issues.
- Track cancellation activity, identify what is causing order drops, and carry out follow-up actions to help limit revenue loss.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in account management within e-commerce, q-commerce, food delivery apps, or F&B retail.
- Strong eye for detail, especially when working with live pricing, offers, and store configuration.
- Comfortable learning and working with backend dashboards, content management tools, and basic Excel-based tracking.
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify issues such as glitches or ETA delays and respond quickly.
