Role Overview
This role is embedded within the Enterprise and Innovation Team, focusing on oversight and enhancement of Oracle HR products, including Oracle Fusion HCM, iCIMS, Government Relations Systems, and Travel platforms. The manager will ensure system functionality, security, and scalability that underpin HR, Payroll, and business processes. The scope includes testing, supporting end-users, managing data, and collaborating with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve business processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending best practice solutions.
- Manage delivery and continuous improvement of Oracle HR-related products and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate across departments to develop and execute a strategic roadmap for HCM system implementation and utilization.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to gather input and provide tailored system solutions enhancing usability and productivity.
- Lead activities around system testing, user support, and data governance.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a relevant degree with a minimum of 7 years' experience managing Enterprise HR systems, especially Oracle HCM and Payroll modules.
- Hands-on expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits administration, and reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Strong analytical abilities coupled with excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Technologically adept with an eye for detail and a proactive, improvement-oriented approach.
- Preferred experience with Oracle ERP Cloud and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
